Agreement to Terms

Brooklyn Electrical Experts provides electrical contracting services throughout Brooklyn, New York, including but not limited to:

  • EV charger installation
  • Emergency electrical repairs
  • Generator installation
  • Smart home system installation
  • NYC compliance work (LL88, LL97)
  • Electrical safety inspections

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during work. We will communicate any changes to the estimated cost before proceeding with additional work.

Licensing and Insurance

Brooklyn Electrical Experts is a licensed and insured electrical contractor operating in New York City. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all employees.

Permits and Inspections

We obtain all necessary permits from the NYC Department of Buildings for work that requires them. Permit fees are included in our project estimates unless otherwise stated. We schedule all required inspections as part of our service.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. Our services include a workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties apply to all installed equipment and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided with your service agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual service agreement. We accept various forms of payment. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Emergency service calls are subject to different terms as discussed at the time of dispatch.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brooklyn Electrical Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
